Our Website Redesign Process: Seven Steps, Every Project
How we run website redesign projects from discovery through post-launch measurement, with SEO and lead goals written down before wireframes.

Discovery and goal setting (weeks 1–2)
We interview leadership and the team that uses the site daily. Goals, conversion events, and out-of-scope items are written before wireframes begin.
You receive a sitemap proposal, migration risks list, timeline, and fixed fee before visual design starts. See the full process guide for deliverable detail.
Technical and content audit (weeks 2–4)
Every URL is crawled with redirect status, traffic, and conversions from the last 12 months. Core Web Vitals baselines come from PageSpeed Insights and field data where available.
Content assignments and compliance review cycles are mapped here so launch dates reflect reality, not wishful thinking.
Design, build, and QA (weeks 4–10+)
Wireframes precede visual design until structure stabilizes. Performance budgets and accessibility checks run on every component.
Staging matches production redirects before go-live. Analytics and tag manager fire on staging with the same rules as production.
Launch and measure (launch week + 90 days)
Search Console monitoring starts at launch. Rankings and conversions are compared to discovery goals for 90 days.
We document what worked, what did not, and recommended next ships. Need migration-only help? See SEO website redesign.
